What is your delivery window?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. You can also schedule a specific delivery date during the checkout process to ensure your treats arrive exactly when you need them.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
